  I had a MOHS procedure done to remove a basal cell on the bridge of my nose. Dr. Goldfarb met with me before the procedure to explain the variety of ways he could close the wound depending on its size/exact location. He answered every question … More I had and showed me photos of similar possible outcomes. The closure left me with stitches on the bridge of my nose and around the curve of my nostril. Three months later I can barely see the scar (completely invisible under makeup) and my nose looks like it used to. I’m very happy with my results and my experience with Dr. Goldfarb’s office. I can say this truthfully, that our conversation was one of the few times that I was talking to someone that really wanted to help me.   Dr. Jared Goldfarb from Coastal ENT, is an artist. My partner had 2 mohs surgeries on 4 large basal cell cancers sites covering most of the top back side of his head. About 20 years ago he had a large cancer removed so when he developed … More these new cancers there wasn't much skin to pull from to close the sites. Following the 1st surgery one site was able to be closed using staples. The 2nd site which was very large had a skin stretcher applied. He then had 2 more sites that the cancer was removed from, stretchers applied and then all sites closed. Dr. Goldfarb explains everything he is doing. His bedside manor is warm and comforting. He never talks down to his patients. April, his office nurse is absolutely wonderful. Professional, warm and a credit to her profession (and mine). Marlo who sets up the surgeries and works with the insurance company guided us through the process taking a lot added stress off our plate. I would recommend Dr. Goldfarb and his staff to anyone looking for excellence and a perfect outcome. Thankyou
